Job Summary

We are seeking a talented University Hire to join our Technology Team as a Technology Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that enhance our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-impact solutions that meet business requirements and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that enhance our operations.
  • Assist in the management and optimization of our IT infrastructure, including cybersecurity, application services, and workplace technology.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
  • Support data and analytics initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and visualization, to drive informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the implementation of technology strategies that align with our overall business goals.
  • Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, data management, and IT operations.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to build your technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current university student or recent university graduate - bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced industry.
