  • Coordinating with vendors such as florists, photographers, and entertainers.
  • Maintaining comprehensive event documentation, including contracts and invoices.
  • Managing budgets to ensure profitability for the organization.
  • Demonstrating sales acumen is essential.
  • Handling the sales process from initial contact through to event execution.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
