Student Services Specialist Sr.

The Student Services Specialist Senior in Admissions, Records, and Registration is responsible for providing high-level support to students, staff, and faculty with complex enrollment-related duties. This includes graduation processing, athletic compliance, 3rd party enrollment, transcript evaluation, special admissions, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of college, state, and federal rules and policies to solve complex enrollment issues and provide exceptional customer service to a diverse population.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex enrollment-related duties, including graduation processing, athletic compliance, and transcript evaluation
Provide high-level support to students, staff, and faculty with complex enrollment-related issues
Ensure accuracy of completed transactions and monitor quality assurance
Coordinate and maintain admissions, records, and registration reports, spreadsheets, databases, and service account correspondence
Troubleshoot software and respond to issues and complaints
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of student services or college teaching experience. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. The candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
