Job Overview

The Financial Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by managing essential administrative tasks. This allows our front-of-house management team to concentrate on delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of shift reports, daily cash flow, sales summaries, and ensure accurate daily deposits while overseeing all cash and non-cash transactions.
  • Assist in the daily opening and closing procedures of the establishment.
  • Facilitate communication regarding personnel updates to the administrative team.
  • Help manage employee and customer incident documentation as well as customer feedback surveys.
  • Maintain and update necessary databases as required.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Fudpucker's history, menu items, special promotions, entertainment schedules, and other relevant information to assist guests.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in mathematical and computer skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours throughout the week.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
