The primary duty is to safeguard and secure client assets while adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement security protocols and site-specific assignments in line with organizational guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication among clients, personnel, and the organization.
  • Conduct essential security tasks including perimeter and interior inspections, monitoring surveillance systems, securing client property, maintaining posts, and fulfilling other service-related responsibilities.

Core Job Functions:

  • Offer logistical assistance concerning the security of client assets.
  • Uphold operational procedures and site-specific directives.
  • Perform fundamental security duties such as perimeter oversight, identification verification, asset protection, and post assignments.
  • Coordinate movements and communications with clients, U.S. Security personnel, and management.
  • Monitor and report any incidents that may affect operations.
  • Provide necessary support on designated assignments.
  • Draft comprehensive incident reports.
  • Collaborate with fellow agents and agencies to share information and synchronize activities.
  • Observe, report, and investigate suspicious individuals and situations, safety risks, and unlawful activities in the vicinity.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Carry out tasks as instructed by the Operations Manager.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a sworn police officer with a municipal, state, or federal law enforcement agency.
  • No felony convictions or misdemeanors involving moral turpitude.
  • Proficient in understanding and utilizing the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Current NJ Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) License.
  • Current NJ Permit to Carry a Handgun License.
  • Active or Retired Law Enforcement status.
  • Possession of a personal firearm.
  • Reliable communication methods (active email and mobile phone).
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Agreement to undergo drug screening.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred).
