Ampcus Inc. is a leading provider of technology and business consulting services. We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to fill the role of Cybersecurity Specialist.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients deploying our security integrations. They will act as a technical partner, providing strategic guidance on complex systems to secure digital environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our product integrations and be able to contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. They will be proactive in resolving potential concerns and operate within strict best practices to enable our clients to achieve a more secure digital world.
The Cybersecurity Specialist will work closely with client personnel to guide and suggest integrations to better serve their success. They will also be responsible for communicating with the customer(s), sales teams, peers, engineering and support teams as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have a high level of experience with Panorama and log collectors NGFW, Global Protect, and BS in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent education/training/experience. They will also possess industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CNSE, JNCIE-SEC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and maintain Security Operating Platform.
- Optimize and migrate policies and objects from the existing environment to our Next-Gen Firewall.
- Test and validate the migration environment.
- Coordinate and execute cutover to production.
- Provide guidance on code upgrades.
- Facilitate the development of new application and threat signatures.
- Interact with our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to understand and diagnose support cases.
