**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
* One year's technical experience
* Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
* Pharmacist license in the state of practice
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
