About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Analyst to join our Capital Markets team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business users, ensuring the smooth operation of our applications, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Monitoring
    • Define and implement application monitoring in coordination with the build team.
    • Supervise and monitor daily and monthly chains, handling user requests by working closely with project, infrastructure, and production teams.
    • Support overnight batches to ensure swift problem resolution and minimize downtime.
    • Process and issue daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on data quality of risk chains.
  • Incidents and Requests Management
    • Provide level 1 and level 2 application support to business users.
    • Analyze and manage incidents, problems, and requests.
  • Problem Management and Continuous Improvement
    • Prepare and maintain knowledge bases for each application in coordination with the build team and ops team.
    • Collaborate with the build team to assess problem priority and follow up on resolution, contributing to long-term solution definition.
    • Provide non-functional requirements to the build team for implementing monitoring as code.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in application support activity.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets Domain and market activities.
  • Relevant experience with Asset Control software.
  • Exposure to Capital Markets with proficiency in financial instruments, trading lifecycle, and market data.
  • Relevant experience with external sources like Bloomberg, Reuters.
  • Expertise in static market data, including data types, sources, and uses within financial systems.
  • Proven experience in technical proficiency with strong skills in SQL and high-level proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a proactive mindset in security and a strong appetite for continuous improvement and automation.
