Overview:
The Passenger Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to all individuals seeking to utilize charter services. This position requires attentiveness to customer needs, prompt handling of inquiries, and efficient completion of necessary transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers.
- Facilitate all arrangements for passenger accommodations, including preparing itineraries, calculating fares, issuing refunds, and managing ticketing and baggage.
- Assist passengers with reservations, luggage handling, cabin availability, and in-flight necessities.
- Guide passengers safely from the terminal to the aircraft.
- Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
- Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on items, and assign seating.
- Provide information regarding arrival and departure schedules, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seating arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Proficient in reading and writing English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Capable of working efficiently under time constraints.
- Availability for varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary.
- Valid Driver's license is required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and elevated noise levels typical of an airport environment.

Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of lifting a 50-pound suitcase from the ground to a height of 18 inches and carrying it for distances of up to 25 feet. Physical dexterity is necessary for performing repetitive tasks, including bending, squatting, kneeling, and twisting for extended periods. Adequate vision is required to safely execute the essential functions of the role.
Work Environment:
Work is conducted in an airport setting, both indoors and outdoors, where extreme weather conditions may be encountered.
