Job Description

**Overview:**

We are seeking a Senior Client Experience Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving client experience initiatives, analyzing feedback, and developing training programs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Client Experience Insights & Feedback (60%):
    • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Internal Staff Training (20%):
    • Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at improving onsite client and patient interactions.
    • Delve into data analysis to refine the curriculum.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with client experience goals.

**Typical Day:**

  • Create and manage surveys to ensure effective communication with providers and clients.
  • Analyze survey data and compile insights to drive decision-making.
  • Engage in remote and in-person meetings to facilitate training and gather feedback.

**Requirements:**

  • Familiarize yourself with our client experience management platform and tools.
  • Understand current survey processes and feedback collection methods.
  • Develop strategies based on data analysis to enhance client experience.

**Compensation:**

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
