About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Client Experience Manager to join our team in Hollywood, where you will play a pivotal role in driving client experience initiatives. As part of our commitment to excellence, you will analyze client feedback, develop training programs, manage digital reputation, and oversee client-facing marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Experience Insights & Feedback (60%): Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Utilize data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  2. Internal Staff Training (20%): Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at improving onsite client and patient interactions. Deliver in-person training sessions and gather feedback to continuously refine the curriculum.

Typical Day: Create and manage surveys, ensuring effective communication with providers and clients. Analyze survey data and compile insights to drive decision-making. Engage in both remote and in-person meetings to facilitate training and gather feedback.
