Client Experience Manager Professional

About the Opportunity:
Vaco is seeking a seasoned Client Experience Manager Professional to drive client experience initiatives and improve patient care. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Experience Insights & Feedback (60%):
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
- Internal Staff Training (20%):
- Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at improving onsite client and patient interactions.
- Deliver in-person training sessions and gather feedback to continuously refine the curriculum.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with client experience goals.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
