Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team. As a pediatric home health nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients, working flexible schedules to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
