Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Technician II to join our team at OTO Development. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing HVAC filters, performing minor repairs, and ensuring fire life safety systems are functioning properly.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • FSD Certification or ability to obtain within 6-8 months of employment.
  • Ability to take a company-sponsored Pool Operator class and pass the accompanying exam.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician I or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to anticipate guest needs.
Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position that requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

Travel Requirements

This position requires little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.
