About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician II to join our team at OTO Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wear provided uniform, identification, and protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols for equipment operation, guest safety, and chemical handling.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC filter changes, minor repairs, and equipment inspections.
  • Ensure fire life safety systems are functioning properly and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and inspection of rooms and common areas to maintain company standards.
  • Pick up trash and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Perform painting and other cosmetic tasks as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest laundry facilities, vending machines, and common areas.
Requirements
  • FSD Certification or ability to obtain within 6-8 months.
  • Ability to take and pass a company-sponsored Pool Operator class.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician I or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • General knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong time management and customer service skills.
  • Action-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
Physical and Travel Requirements

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods. Travel requirements are minimal, with little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.
