Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement procedures for hiring, onboarding, and engagement of team members, inspiring them to achieve better performance.
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided within all facets of operations.
  • Plan, control, and monitor complete budgeting and fiscal management, including revenue and expenses.
  • Effectively self-manage using leadership skills such as planning, critical thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, and resiliency.
  • Implement effective Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction, quality care, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of senior leadership or management experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), diverse senior living community, or a multi-faceted larger hotel; new community start-up experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or hospitality management preferred; master's degree preferred.
  • Active Nebraska Assisted Living Administrator license or Nursing Home Administrator license required.
