Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the collection of rent and home payments.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.

  • Represent the company in court regarding eviction matters, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared promptly.
  • Conduct property showings for potential residents.
  • Inspect vacant homes with maintenance staff to identify necessary repairs and establish timelines for readiness.
  • Follow established procedures for resident onboarding and offboarding, including lease agreements and deposit verification.
  • Oversee maintenance operations and refurbishment processes.
  • Provide occasional training to fellow community managers.

Preferred Experience:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Customer service experience: 1 year.
  • Experience in home sales or leasing: 3 years.
  • Property management experience: 3 years.

Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with residents, staff, and management.
  • Exhibit initiative, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Reliable, honest, and motivated individual.
  • Proficient in computer use, including property management software, basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Background check is mandatory.
