LPN Nurse Residential Care Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled LPN Nurse to join our team at UCP of Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have a current Arkansas LPN License and 3-5 years of experience working with adults, particularly those with physical and mental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with physical and mental disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on nursing policies and procedures, as well as medication management.
Requirements:
- Current Arkansas LPN License
- 3-5 years of experience working with adults, preferably in a residential setting
- Knowledge of physical and mental disabilities, as well as medication management
