About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Product Manager to join our Analytics & Innovation team, focusing on the Cognite Data Fusion (CDF) platform. This role is pivotal in driving the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the development and enhancement of CDF, which serves as the foundation for Industrial Data Contextualization and Open Industrial Digital Twin technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the strategic vision for the CDF platform, ensuring it aligns with the organization's long-term objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive roadmap for CDF, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive the innovation and continuous improvement of the CDF platform, including the development of new features and the enhancement of existing ones.
  • Work closely with Data Science & AI teams to integrate advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI models into the CDF platform.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product goals and strategy.
  • Oversee the development of custom Data & Analytics and Digital Twin use cases on CDF, leveraging Open APIs and OOTB capabilities.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to platform development, ensuring that CDF is intuitive, accessible, and meets the needs of diverse users across the organization.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the strategic priorities and is aligned with the roadmap.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CDF platform, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of product management experience required with a strong focus on platform development, data integration, and digital transformation.
  • Industry experience in Industrial Data Contextualization, Digital Twin technologies, or similar domains is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies that align with business objectives and deliver tangible results.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog management, with a track record of successful product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
