We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including operations, sales, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee training
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
