Job Title: Resource Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our Program Management Office (PMO), you will work closely with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Operations Manager to support a large enterprise IT contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program meetings, track action items, and disseminate follow-up actions to ensure completion.
  • Support the documentation of customer onboarding requirements at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly metrics and reports.
  • Maintain and archive documentation, track contract deliverables, and facilitate communication among various teams.
  • Draft job descriptions, create workday req templates, and map positions to correct contract LCATS/rates and Leidos job codes/salary mid-points.
  • Manage an active pool of candidates and employees using established resources management tools.
  • Interpret qualifications listed within candidate resumes to determine their relevancy to the contractual qualifications of the position.
  • Produce staffing-related reports and statistics, collaborate and coordinate staffing decisions with program team, customer, and subcontractors, and manage data associated with the Resource Management System (database management system).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of prior relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 10 years of related experience.
  • Strong analysis, planning, organization, and consensus-building ability with effective resolution and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to actively participate in and lead meetings with Talent Acquisition, Security, Subcontracts, and Program personnel to brief the status of the candidates that are in process and/or under review.
  • Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills to support monthly deliverables.
  • Strong writing skills to effectively document and continually refine staffing, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to achieving mission/program objectives.
  • Flexibility to perform occasional local travel to other Leidos sites in the Washington DC area.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Clearance Requirement:

Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required. TS/SCI with Poly required for Position or TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a polygraph.
