Automotive Service Professional

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and the safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, and electrical issues
- Inspect vehicles to identify potential problems and ensure safety standards are met
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs
- Communicate with customers to explain needed repairs and provide cost estimates
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling of hazardous materials
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technical changes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive service technician
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification preferred
- MUST BE LEVEL 2 or 3 Certified with Stellantis
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also required.
