Job Summary:

As a Clinical Systems Analyst at THRIVE Wellness & Recovery, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's electronic health record system. This position requires a strong understanding of health information technology systems and the ability to provide ongoing support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop an understanding of the organization's health information technology systems to provide ongoing support for all agency end users.

* Work closely with end users to identify business or clinical needs, helping them to build user reports and/or educating users on retrieving information using available resources.

* Utilize knowledge and skills of clinical collaborators to determine clinical functions that are suitable for HIT enhancements and to ensure that systems are consistent with professional standards of clinical practice.

* Interpret clinical process and tasks and convert them into system processes by leveraging technology to support operations and collect data for decision making (i.e. form creation, running reports, etc.).

* Awareness of various program applications and their capabilities, including agency electronic health record, Regional Health Information Exchange, PYSCKES, OASAS Client Data System, Microsoft Office, etc.

* Set up and train new users of the EHR; manage licenses.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of health information technology systems.

* Ability to work closely with end users to identify business or clinical needs.

* Knowledge of clinical standards and professional practice.

* Ability to interpret clinical process and tasks and convert them into system processes.

* Awareness of various program applications and their capabilities.
