Business Office Manager

Overview

The ideal candidate will possess experience in supervising, coordinating, and performing business office functions. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee management in the business office, including hiring, training, coaching, and terminating employees if necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct day-to-day operations of the business office, including managing budgets, records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for each resident.
  • Maintain vital statistics within the facility, including census, discharges, admits, deaths, transfers, and other relevant data.
  • Monitor and manage the accounts receivables collection process.
  • Verify Resident Trust is accurately reported.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant experience working in a Long Term Care environment.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
