About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at BGIS. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost control measures.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Manage and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are within approved limits.
  • Develop and implement project quality control and assurance processes.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Construction Management, Business, or Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including CADD, Scheduling, MS Office Suite, and Estimation Software.
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
