Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers on the showroom floor, providing product information and answering questions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our entire product offering, including new and existing products
  • Support the efforts of our Showroom Sales Consultants, working collaboratively to meet sales targets
  • Perform administrative tasks, ensuring customer needs are met, and orders are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with our warehouse, and respond to sales calls for general information

Requirements

  • A college degree or working towards a degree is preferred, but comparable industry knowledge and experience are also considered
  • 0-3 years of prior customer service experience is preferred
  • A successful associate will be results-oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential
  • A cheerful personality, excellent phone and in-person sales skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are required
  • General digital literacy and the ability to learn quickly are also essential
