Café Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers and the community to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Proactively introduce customers to our services and products, and provide personalized support to meet their financial needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive brand awareness and promote financial literacy within the community
- Participate in community events and volunteer opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
