We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, providing customers with expert advice and guidance.
- Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives, promoting financial literacy and education.
As a Café Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with access to ongoing training and development opportunities. Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
