Pharmacy Manager Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and deliver exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
