As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, while optimizing operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Go-to-Market operations team
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with B2B business models and sales operations
