Position Overview:

We require candidates to present a detailed project portfolio that showcases completed projects. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 7 years of robust experience in construction management, specifically in commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects, with a focus on ground-up construction.
  • A proven track record of managing projects valued between $10M and $50M.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and Procore.
  • Strong capabilities in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost management, project administration, and contract oversight.
  • Demonstrated expertise in safety protocols, workforce management, quality assurance, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
