Construction Project Manager

Lead Superintendent Job Description
Michael Page is seeking a highly experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale multifamily ground-up construction and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale multifamily ground-up construction
- 3+ ground-up projects completed as a lead superintendent
- Proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents, including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties, including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to take on multiple responsibilities and complete a variety of tasks to complete projects on time
Benefits:
- Base salary: $150,000 - $175,000
- Vehicle allowance or company trucks
- Bonus based on completing project checkpoints

- Paid 4 weeks' vacation and 11 federal holidays
