Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards, and that any defects or issues are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Cost Control: Manage project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure that they have the necessary skills, training, and resources to complete projects successfully.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, using your skills and experience to find creative solutions that meet the needs of the project and the company.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role in construction management.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to read and understand project plans and documents, and knowledge of construction-related equipment and proper use.
