Job Summary

As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-profile projects from inception to close-out. With a strong background in commercial construction, you will oversee project teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into an upper management position and work on high-profile projects with a well-known General Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project finances, including estimating, bidding, and cost tracking.
  • Mentor and train Assistant Project Managers.
  • Lead meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with experience managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
