Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, to ensure all phases of the project are executed according to plan.
  • Monitor all aspects of project execution to ensure high-quality standards are maintained, and implement quality control processes to identify and address potential issues early.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project, and ensuring that client expectations are understood, managed, and met.
  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, and manage any changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact, and ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Project Management in a construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with financial analysis (e.g., cost breakdowns, risk analysis, budget, etc.) and experience with cost, contract terms, and conditions, and profit decisions.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse groups of employees.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
