About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from inception to close-out, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and coordinate scope of work for all trades.
  • Manage and lead meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor the performance of project superintendents and ensure the highest industry standards are met by all subcontracted trades.
  • Prepare and maintain project budgets and review/prepare bid packages.
  • Coordinate and document weekly project site meetings.
  • Manage all submissions and inspections required by governing agencies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with experience managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Experience with commercial and residential projects preferred.
  • Ability to run projects from inception through close-out.
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial construction technology and details.
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties, including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
