Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Producers to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our clients.
  • Answer billing questions, assist with claims, update client files and coverage.
  • Assess risk and coverage, review, and update policies.
  • Handle customer phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing, process payments, and monitor accounts receivable.

Requirements:

  • Over 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Dynamic, kind, and caring demeanor.
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills.
  • Desire to work towards measurable quotas and bonuses.
  • Currently possess a property/casualty and life/health insurance licenses or be able to obtain within 90 days.
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills a MUST.
  • Must be willing to work in a high-energy environment.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be willing to constantly learn and grow as an individual.
