About the Job

As an Administrative Coordinator at Neolytix LLC, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential and new patients, guiding them through the intake process. Your responsibilities will include performing check-in, check-out, and phone reception duties, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, and collecting copayments and outstanding patient balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients

• Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and faxing

• Schedule appointments and verify insurance eligibility

• Collect copayments and outstanding patient balances

Requirements

A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in behavioral health, are required. Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry, including areas such as health insurance, electronic medical records, and HIPAA, is also necessary. You must be able to work 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday in our Amherst office.
