Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer flow throughout the clinic and assisting providers in the management and treatment of their customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer flow and assist providers in the management and treatment of customers
- Perform clinical and clerical tasks to assist with the management of customer flow
- Provide telephone support, facilitate communication between customers and providers, and assist with prescription refills
- Perform x-ray duties and phlebotomy duties as assigned
- Provide support to the clinic, including front desk/check-in support, ordering and stocking supplies, and assistance with prior authorizations
- Proficiency in the skills outlined in the NMH Medical Assistant scope of practice
- Ability to maintain skill proficiency and upgrade additional or new skills as needed
- Ability to take direction from physicians, providers, registered nurses, clinic supervisors, and clinic managers
- Understanding and compliance with corporate code of conduct, customer and team member privacy, and legal, regulatory, accrediting, and procedural requirements
