- Monitor and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, using strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and clinic operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Registered or Certified Medical Assistant required.
- Healthcare Provider BLS required.
- Previous medical back office experience/medical assistant training or completion of a Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant program required.
- Two (2) years experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Experience or training with phone systems, fax machines, and copy machines required.
- Experience or training with clinic computer software programs required.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and concisely, and maintain accurate records and reports.
