Job Title: Bilingual Restoration Field Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and perform mitigation/restoration processes while ensuring quality control.
  • Supervise and assist with production activities, including loading of equipment/supplies into vehicles, worksite preparation, demolition, cleaning, equipment setup/breakdowns, and other labor-intensive activities.
  • Develop scopes of work and execution plans that are clearly communicated to restoration technicians.
  • Assess project requirements and determine material and equipment needs.
  • Supervise production activities, ensuring equipment and materials are being properly used and project timelines are being met.
  • Document a detailed and accurate job file, including floor plan sketches, measurements, photos, and written summaries.
  • Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
  • Communicate with restoration project managers and office staff on project progress and issues.
Position Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual Spanish and English speaker.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, construction, or related.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred).
  • Basic math skills are a must.
  • IICRC certification a plus, not required.
Physical Demands/Competencies:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
