AccentCare is seeking a dedicated and organized Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of Care Partners, ensuring that services are provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete required quality in-home Compliance visits
  • Provide training to Caregivers as needed
  • Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation and training
  • Meet with new clients to identify their needs and preferred visit cadence
Requirements
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions
  • Knowledgeable of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program
