Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of field technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines and other equipment.
  • Develop and implement training programs for field technicians.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of field technicians and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team of field technicians.
  • 3+ years of experience in computer repairs and hardware installations.
  • 3+ years of experience in computer software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
