Job Title: Manager, Influencer

Golin is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Influencer to join our team in Dallas. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies across a variety of industries and brand programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to achieve client objectives
  • Identify and recommend influencers who align with client goals and target audiences
  • Manage relationships with influencers to ensure successful collaborations and high-quality content
  • Negotiate influencer contracts and ensure compliance with client and FTC guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and provide insights to clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in influencer marketing, including experience with influencer networks and individual influencers
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions
