Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and Work Distribution
    • Prepare and manage schedules for the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage of all areas.
    • Complete the work distribution report, highlighting any areas that require additional attention.
  • Inspections and Quality Control
    • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and supervise new housekeeping staff members, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure they meet our expectations.
  • Lost and Found and Departure Reports
    • Maintain accurate records of lost and found items.
    • Run departure reports to ensure all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new guests.
  • Reporting and Maintenance
    • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
