We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Work Distribution
- Prepare and manage schedules for the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage of all areas.
- Complete the work distribution report, highlighting any areas that require additional attention.
- Inspections and Quality Control
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Training and Development
- Train and supervise new housekeeping staff members, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure they meet our expectations.
- Lost and Found and Departure Reports
- Maintain accurate records of lost and found items.
- Run departure reports to ensure all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new guests.
- Reporting and Maintenance
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
