Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer IV to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Reality Labs organization, you will work on cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a diverse team of experts to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop systems and test vehicles for new technology introduction studies and technology development.
  • Design product components and systems for consumer electronics.
  • Develop and implement test methods for design validation.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical specifications and product definition.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing components or systems for consumer electronics or similar high-volume industries.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals, including material science, heat transfer, and structural design.
  • Experience with production drawings, tolerance analysis, and PCBA and FPC design and manufacturing methods.
  • Familiarity with various subtractive and additive manufacturing technologies.
