Job Title: Customer Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at AMETEK, Inc. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective onboarding, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product training strategies, processes, and materials to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Lead successful hardware and software deployments, meeting timeline and budget requirements.
  • Work with customers and partners to develop solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Manage project costs and budget, and document and deliver clear, complete technical training.
  • Create training curriculum based on customer needs, product launches, and software changes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to obtain information required to develop training materials.
  • Provide direction to project resources, monitor development efforts, and assemble key project deliverables.
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of all products and services to deliver customer implementations successfully.
  • Serve as ambassador of the brand in all customer interaction, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and world-class service.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of application software implementation and/or management consulting experience in applying technology to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented.
  • Travel to customer sites will be required.
  • Background in telecommunications, information technology, software, and understanding in the IoT/IIoT/M2M industry preferred.
