The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for assigned customers during implementations, ensuring timely and effective coordination of resources to deliver a seamless implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer implementations from start to finish
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned customers during implementations
  • Ensure timely and effective coordination of resources
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of software implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge of managing implementations of software applications
  • Knowledge of Project Management software tools
  • Knowledge of the healthcare field, HL7 interfaces, and data aggregation platforms
