We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at the University of California - San Francisco. Key Responsibilities- Study Coordination: Independently coordinate and manage multiple clinical research studies, including multicenter trials, investigator-initiated studies, and programmatic research activities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations, and maintain accurate records of study-related activities.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to lower-level clinical research coordinators and other support personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Management: Oversee the administrative operations of clinical trials, including contract generation, negotiation, and approval, subject recruitment, and study testing.
- Education: High school graduation and sufficient experience and demonstrated skills to successfully perform the assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Certification: Certification by the Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals, or ability to obtain certification within one year of date of hire.
- Experience: Significant project and clinical trial management experience, including regulatory and compliance responsibilities, and experience using database software, such as MS Access or FileMaker Pro.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and ability to analyze complex and non-routine issues requiring innovative solutions.
