Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Guthrie Clinic. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for operating radiographic equipment, supervising students, and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures, including adjusting equipment settings, positioning patients, and ensuring accurate image quality.
- Supervise and instruct radiology students, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their success.
- Provide patient care activities, including patient preparation, informed consent, and injection of IV contrast.
- Work collaboratively with other technologists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to maintain high standards in Radiology.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including cleaning and restocking rooms, reporting equipment issues, and participating in departmental meetings.
- Graduation from an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT certification within 6 months of employment.
- Minimum of six months preferred experience as a registered technologist in a Radiology Department of a general acute-care hospital.
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, on a scheduled basis.
- Ability to lift, push, reach, bend, stoop, and walk to care for patients.
